Plan Fees, Options, and Policies

1. Please include account for payment on all checks and make checks payable to: 123File-IT.
2. Check payments can be mailed to:

3. There is a $25.00 fee each time that either a check or credit card charge fails to make the payment to the account. In addition, service may be suspended for the account.
4. The cost for electronic document database purges will be $100 per database.
5. Plans do not include scanner or hardware.
6. All allowances per month do not accumulate.
