Plan Fees, Options, and Policies

1. Any uploading activities may be remotely scheduled by the service.
2. Please include account for payment on all checks and make checks payable to: 123File-IT.
3. Check payments can be mailed to:

4. There is a $25.00 fee each time that either a check or credit card charge fails to make the payment to the account. In addition, service may be suspended for the account. The online account management will attempt to show the current account balance consisting of the next required payment and current accumulated charges for customers using Prepay-by-Check.
5. Monthly account statements can be provided upon request by mail for $5.00 per month.
6. The cost for electronic document database purges will be $100 per database. Host faxing service of faxing documents is based on pages sent per fax transmission. Over-the-limit fax charge is $1.00 per page. Please note that the plan will not cover unnecessary, unusual, or excessive charges or tolls to the number provided for faxing by the account for any fax transmission - these charges will be included on the forthcoming month’s statement. Faxing to pay-per-minute or toll numbers will be charged to the account. The faxing service is intended for typical fax transmissions to fax numbers within the continental U.S.
7. Plans do not include scanner or hardware.
8. All allowances per month do not accumulate.
